Cross Reference Window

EZ LADDER® provides a real-edit-time Cross Reference Window. This window provides lists of contacts, coils, variables, labels and functions as well as their location by rung. This quick reference provides an easy method to locate where a contact or other function is located in the ladder diagram program. Cross references are updated automatically when one of the objects changes.

This window may be used to find objects quickly. Double-click on any of the object rung numbers, and
EZ LADDER® will locate and display that section of the ladder diagram.

Although the EZ LADDER® application has the windows strategically located for easy use, the Cross Reference window may be resized, moved (by undocking it) or hidden.

To close the Cross Reference window, click the small X in the upper right hand corner of the window. To open the Cross Reference window, use the View menu and check the Cross Reference item.

To move the Cross Reference window (undock it), click and drag the top side of the tool bar (holding the left mouse button down). This will undock the window and make a freely movable window.

To resize the Cross Reference window click and drag the bottom of the window. This will also resize the Output window if it has not been repositioned.
